۩ It was removed during the time of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the custodian of the two holy mosques, from the Ka’aba area in the year 1435 hijri (2013). Being an older piece, it is no longer in make.
۩ The carpet was sourced from an associate and a reliable Islamic relic specialist in Mecca al-Mukarama.
۩ The carpet has been refurbished by a Persian carpet weaver who beautifully hemmed the edges and added tassels that are very close to the tassels of the original carpet. The carpet contains the crest and the borders as shown in the photo.
