Processing, Shipping & Customs

How long will an order take to reach me?

After you place an order, Rumi's Garden takes 7 working days to process your order and prepare it for shipping unless otherwise stated in the description of the product. However, due to Corona virus, unforeseeable delays to processing and shipping times may occur both with DHL and Spanish Mail.

DHL Express (Worldwide): DHL is the safest way to guarantee your order reaches you safely. The time it takes to reach the destination depends on where the item is being sent to. Furthermore, customs may check items so it is always best to expect a waiting time from your respective country for items to arrive. As soon as we have processed your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided so you can see where your package is in the shipping process. Enter your tracking number into the DHL website to be able to view this. Upon receiving the order, you'll be required to sign for it. DHL shipping times can vary from 5 days to 10 days depending on where you live.
Other shipping services: We offer a variety of shipping services depending on where you are based. Generally, there have been lags with shipping times due to the virus so do expect items to reach you within 2-4 weeks.

Is Rumi's Garden responsible for dealing with customs?

When ordering from, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; has no control over these charges, nor can Rumi's Garden predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID, or a proof of identity such as a copy of your passport.
