Description of medium-sized Kiswah al-Saadat oval pendant
Truly God and His angels invoke blessings upon the Prophet. O you who believe! Invoke blessings upon him, and greetings of peace!
In 632 CE, the Seal of the Prophets ﷺ took his last breath and passed in the room (Hujra) of his wife, Aiesha (RAA), where he was buried. Some years later, his two companions, Sayidna Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq (RAA) and Sayidna Umar ibn Al-Khattab (RAA), were also laid to rest in the same area. Today, this room is called The Sacred Chamber, or Honored Room, and forms part of the Rawdah ash-Sharifah (The Noble Garden) in Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah.
The Sacred Chamber is surrounded by a wall and curtains known as 'The Curtain of Bliss" (Kiswah al-Saadat).
As protection and a reminder to always say the Salawat and to hold steadfast on the path of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Rumi's Garden is offering an authentic cut-out of the Blessed Kiswah al-Saadat, placed in a lovely, yet simple, small 32 x 24 mm pendant.
The Kiswah al-Saadat cut out, inside the pendant, is a fragment of a larger panel.
The tray of the pendant is composed of silver alloy and is made to be durable. The blessed kiswah cloth is covered with convex glass in order to preserve it and keep it clean. The pendant has been carefully constructed by Rumi's Garden.
Please note that Rumi's Garden is now based in Spain. After Brexit, orders to the UK are no longer charged a 20% VAT tax. However, the UK government may deduct an import tax via the courier service.
