The handicraft of handloom is the cultural heritage of the people of Himachal Pradesh and the most famous of their productions are the kullu shawls and stoles. Due to the cold climate, sheep and goat wool fulfils the need for woolen textiles and almost every home can be seen spinning yarn into a spindle. The locals of Kullu, weave their stoles both for their own personal use or for sale to produce and income.
Typical of most Kullu designs, Rumi's Garden brings to you this 70 x 200 cm vibrant stole. The main color is made from natural undyed handspun wool while the borders consist of bright orange and red geometrical designs harmonized by black and grey beige.

Maintaining Your Stole
To maintain the stole, hand-wash it with a small amount of mild wool/ silk soap or delicate non-biological wool detergent. Do not dry cleaning. Do not tumble dry. The wool softens after a wash and continues to do so with time.
