Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
 
If your item was sent with a certificate, this needs to be returned. We will not accept returns with missing certification.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that were bought at discounted prices or with free shipping offers.

Furthermore, shipping costs will not be refunded. All items sent with DHL have been heavily subsidized by Rumi's Garden. If a return is made, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund and not the discounted price that was paid. We will provide evidence for the full shipping cost via an invoice from the courier service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If items received are defective or damaged, Rumi's Garden is responsible for paying for the return of the item along with the shipping cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Refunds/ Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We highly recommend that items are shipped to us with DHL, FedEx, or dependable courier services, with a tracking system to avoid complications and additional charges with customs and losses. 

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount paid for the item (minus shipping and customs). The money will be returned via your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank, credit card company or PayPal to process and post the refund.

Please note that if a return is made, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Furthermore, any customs taxes Rumi's Garden is made to pay for returning the items to Spain will also be deducted. Evidence of payments will be provided by Rumi's Garden.

If a client wants to exchange an item or wants a refund, they are responsible for paying for the return shipping of the item to Rumi's Garden.

Not Paying the Import and Customs Tax

In cases where the client does not pay the import/ customs tax, the courier service will return the order to Rumi's Garden. Once Rumi's Garden received the package from the courier service, we will issue a refund after deducting both the shipping price and the return shipping price of the order back to Rumi's Garden's headquarters.

Not Providing ID for Customs Purposes

Customs offices in some countries or regions may randomly require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID, or a proof of identity and address such as a copy of your passport or driving license. In cases where the client does not provide an ID for import/ customs purposes as implemented by their respective country, the courier service will return the order back to Rumi's Garden. Once Rumi's Garden receives the package from the courier service, we will issue a refund after deducting both the full shipping price and the return shipping price of the order back to Rumi's Garden's headquarters.
